The planning and logistics phase includes the study of the layout of the space, the management of the equipment and the logistics of the event. We then decide the timing and create a detailed program. We select and train the staff necessary to manage the event and if the event includes food and drinks, we plan the menu and manage the catering. After the event, we collect feedback from participants and evaluate the results based on the objectives set.
Each event is unique, so planning may require adjustments based on the size, nature and specific objectives of the event.
